Many manufacturers and distributors that should have been taking part in the client organization’s recovery program weren’t enrolled in it. SustainableStrat was therefore commissioned to educate them and urge them to become members of this program, which was originally voluntary.
The consulting services first focused on informing these companies that their membership was required by law. The next step was to foster their commitment through compelling evidence. As a result, participation in the program increased by 60%.
